Ryan at Lake Michigan... ...I used to be guilty of the same thing...I was so convinced all the doors of opportunity for fast and permanent fat loss were locked, I nearly gave up even trying to open them.

my motto of reading the book before judging, I started implementing some of the FBF techniques. Initially, I thought that once you worked out hard enough, whatever you ate just melted away. Reading your info showed me I was wrong. The testimony is that...IT WORKS....IT (Okay, that might sound a little melodramatic, but I'm SERIOUS)...
