Theres just no way a Mom can live on cardio and low-calorie diets and still expect to take care of a family. Back then, I had so much more to learn about proper nutrition and exercise, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Performing the Fit Yummy Mummy workouts has been one of the best things I could have done for myself. After my workouts, I feel rewarded and full of energy. I know I'm doing good for my body, but it also help me release stress and feel good about ME! liposuction.
