Thanks for checking in on me. I started right away with the Lightning Speed Exercise. All I was able to do was 10 and that was not going all the way down. I have to work into that. I do these everyday and can really feel the difference in the strength of my legs already. I have not added any of the upper body exercises at this point. Maybe later as my upper body has always been pretty strong. 7. Get in pro athlete shape in about 15 minutes per day.

The secret is my recent discovery of two time-saving "multi-muscle" exercises, that grow 95% of the major muscles in your body. It doesn't matter how uncoordinated or un-athletic they are and trust me I've had some very uncoordinated tennis students.
