There are so many conflicting theories out there for fast weight loss, and the information can become overwhelming. Just what are those exercises to lose weight quickly and keep it off? How the heck are you supposed to eat? How much should you eat? (Many people don't realize that if calories are overly restricted the body will want to hang on to fat.) How often to work out.

Working out regularly, feeling like you're watching what you eat, but that soft midsection keeps hanging in there... "When I read your e-book I weighed 183 lbs at 17.5% body fat. I am now at 172 lbs and about 13% body fat. Its amazing progress and owe a lot of it to the simple principles outlined in your book. I have gained a lot of muscle and the sagging mid-section that I had is gone. I would still like a lot more definition, but I am very pleased with the progress thus far. Thanks for publishing your I tried all kinds of diets, many of which were hard to follow for any length of time. Lose the Last 10 Pounds kettlebell movements, and good old-fashioned running my butt off on the treadmill. Today, I am a leaner 165.6 pounds, with an estimated 9% bodyfat. Considering I'm 49 years old, I would say I'm doing pretty well. I wanted you to know that, were it not for you, this would not have happened. The desire would be there, but my path would not have been so clearly marked. The lower that body fat drops, the harder the body tries to hold on to it, making it more and more of a battle to continue fat loss while holding on to muscle.
