Absolutely not!! That solution-oriented approach works wonderfully with anxiety or anxiety disorder issues, because you want a solution finetuned to your life. You want to escape that anxiety, and to enjoy life, to find a solution. Sometimes you want to know the causes, but even when you gain the insight into why you have hyper (too high) levels of anxiety, that knowledge alone doesn’t help you to live in a And a number of other sections on nutrition and calm, mediations and herbal remedies which help you on your journey to calm; and pages of resources for you to follow up.

Absolutely not!! If you fuel your feelings of panic when the adrenaline-induced symptoms arrive, that is, if you tense up against your fear and fight the symptoms, it stands to reason that your panic will increase. Don’t get me wrong. Some people have a natural gift for working on cars. Others have a natural gift listening and for reaching out to others in a respectful, empathic way.
