That energy becomes vital energy in the body; the vitality that keeps us alive. The more vitality you have, the stronger you are, the greater your physical well-being, and the more inspired you'll feel. "I would like to deeply thank you for all the precious light you have been offering to me. I've been thinking about your words and I must say they brought a lot of peace to me and clarified a lot of my previous doubts."
